About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in developing data-driven solutions and applying machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in statistics, data science, and Python programming, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning and predictive analytics models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights.
Develop data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data science solutions.




Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.
Solid programming skills in Python.
Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Statistics.
Candidates from premium institutions are preferred.

Work Model
Work location: Chennai (Parrys Corner) or Bengaluru (Koramangala).
A hybrid work option may be considered under a contract employment model.
For the hybrid contract model, only the fixed compensation will be applicable. Incentives and variable pay will not be provided.
