Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Account Management.
Comprehensively handling the needs of the clients for Branding and Communication team
Strategic planning for brands
Planning and scheduling project timelines with the Clients and creative team
Responsible for timely delivery of Projects
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Directing and controlling the activity and catering to client’s requirement
Tracking activity performance regularly and driving the same with efficiencies
Guiding the account management team and engaging them for better performance
Team Management:
Oversee a team of Account Management staff, across multiple projects
Mentoring junior staff and evaluating candidates for promotions, added
responsibilities and increments
Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand the job
description well.




Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same
is met in co-ordination with HR
Providing orientation to current joinees & on the job training.
Coordination:
Lead the projects & provide all the creative & technical support required.
Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver the project as per client’s
requirement.
Project Management
Keeping a track of ongoing projects.
Maintaining a draft of project requirements and share the same with
content & design team for their understanding.
Learning & development:
Understanding of brand (for allocated clients)
Ownership of Self Development
Knowledge Sharing among team members
Attending Training & Development programs
