Role Overvie w We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager – MIC E to drive business growth. The role involves developing corporate accounts, managing relationships, and delivering customized MICE solutions across our resort network
.Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current corporate clients for MICE business
.Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporates, event agencies, and travel partners
.Design and pitch customized MICE packages aligned with client needs
.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
.Coordinate with operations and resort teams to ensure seamless event execution
.Track market trends and competitor activities to strengthen positioning
.Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event management
Robust network of corporate clients in Bangalore
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and customer‑centric
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality
