Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Finishing Engineer of for a reputed company in Real Estate Industry at Mulund (East) Location.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute all civil finishing and interior fit-out works: tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, flooring, partitions, waterproofing, etc.
Interpret and implement GFC drawings, material specifications, and interior layouts.
Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
Monitor daily progress, identify site issues, and ensure snag-free handovers.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.
Liaise with MEP and structural teams to ensure smooth service integration.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, construction protocols,



and approved schedules.
Maintain material tracking and resource management to minimize wastage and delays.

Required Experience & Skills
B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
4–5 years of experience in finishing work for high-rise residential projects
Technical knowledge of contemporary construction materials, detailing, and execution
Solid coordination and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with quality control systems, snagging tools, and project timelines
Experience working on premium interiors and high-spec finishes is preferred
