We are hiring an M&A; Lawyer (Senior Associate / Principal Associate) for one of our clients, a leading Tier 1 law firm. We are specifically seeking candidates with exposure to Japanese clients or experience working on Japan-related transactions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and general corporate advisory, along with the ability to independently manage deals and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A; transactions
• Lead due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Work closely with Japanese clients and stakeholders on investments into India




• Provide general corporate and commercial advisory support
• Coordinate with multi-jurisdictional teams and advisors
