About the Role
As a Visitor Promotion Executive, you will identify, engage, and invite relevant business professionals, buyers, and decision-makers to attend our trade exhibitions. You'll also help facilitate business meetings between exhibitors and visitors, creating valuable networking and business opportunities.

Note: This is a research, outreach, and coordination role — not a sales role .

Key Responsibilities
Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and online sources.
Build and maintain visitor databases.
Reach out via email, LinkedIn,



and phone to invite qualified attendees.
Coordinate business matching between exhibitors and visitors.
Track visitor engagement and maintain accurate reports in Excel.

What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business outreach, event coordination, or customer engagement.
Valuable knowledge of Excel, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
Experience with Apollo.io is an advantage.
Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
