Collaborating: Working with software developers and project managers to determine project requirements and scope
Reporting: Creating reports to highlight the status of the software application
Researching: Looking into recent testing processes and technologies
Troubleshooting: Assisting with troubleshooting issues
Updating: Keeping bug databases up to date
QA testers need to have robust analytical and problem-solving skills, and be familiar with software development methodologies and processes. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
