Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to brand standards




Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely service delivery, and resolution of any service issues
Maintain impeccable knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing to provide informed guest assistance
Monitor guest satisfaction during service and respond promptly and empathetically to any concerns or special requests
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and efficiency in quick-paced environments
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service periods
Support team members through collaborative problem-solving and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and operational needs while maintaining service quality and guest focus
