About the Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with good Video Editing skills, who excels in crafting visually stunning assets for social media. You'll lead the creation of thumbnails, motion graphics, quick creatives, and branded visuals using Photoshop and Illustrator, while providing basic video support for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads. With a keen eye for design trends, hooks, and AI-enhanced workflows, you'll collaborate with creators, strategists, and the video team to produce polished, high-retention content.

Responsibilities
Design eye-catching thumbnails, social media posts, pitch decks, creative ads, website banners, and branded assets using Photoshop and Illustrator
Create motion graphics, video typography, and visual elements with After Effects to elevate video content
Perform basic video editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and ads using Premiere Pro (cuts, pacing, transitions)
Apply basic color grading and visual polish to videos
Leverage AI tools for design automation, upscaling, captions, and workflow efficiency
Collaborate with creators, strategists, video editors, and the design team

Qualifications
Graduation in any field
Video or Graphic Design course
6 months – 1 year (max) of graphic design experience (basic video editing experience needed)

Required Skills
Mandatory: Photoshop and Illustrator for static and energetic graphics (social media posts, pitch decks, creative ads, website banners)
Positive working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects for basic video editing and motion design
Clear understanding of social media-first design and editing styles (e.g., hooks, trends, retention)
Comfortable experimenting with the latest AI models & tools for design, editing, and automation
Agency, creator ecosystem, or social media design experience is a plus
Fast, curious, and creatively driven with a design-first mindset
