At its core, the role of an Senior Manager – Brand at Rebel Foods involves:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align these strategies with overall company goals
- Assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and build brand love, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch products and brands based on consumer trends and insights from multiple sources
- Monitoring key brand health metrics, analyzing performance data, and recommending strategic adjustments as needed
- Supporting and collaborating with the social media team on content ideation and identifying ways to improve engagement
