Skilled Summary: We are looking for an experienced Head Operations & Traffic Manager with proven expertise in the Transport & Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience (Vehicle placement) hiring vehicle from the market - FCL, ODC

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle placement from the market - FCL, ODC
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors, and drivers.
- Ensure timely POD collection, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and customer escalations.
- Monitor operational performance, service quality,



and cost efficiency.
- Verify trips bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- understanding of LR (Lorry Receipt), POD (Proof of Delivery), and E-way Bills in the truck transportation industry
