Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in balance sheet finalization, manufacturing accounting, internal audit support, and import/export documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
- Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Prior experience with a Listed Company is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Internal Audit processes and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of Import and Export documentation, including commercial invoices, shipping documents, LC documentation, and related compliance.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet.




- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
- Handle import and export accounting transactions and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in a listed manufacturing company will be highly preferred.
