Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewals of IT services, support, and managed services contracts.
- Engage with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations,
and renewal agreements.
- Maintain renewal pipeline, CRM updates, and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Delivery, and account teams to meet customer needs.
