Job Description:

- Drafting and reviewing contracts such as Statement of Work (SOW) and amendments for various clients
- Liaising with the onshore team and senior management at eClerx
- Building a positive rapport with various internal teams as the profile will involve liaising with teams such as revenue team, tax team, accounts team and legal team
- Good written and verbal communication as the profile would involve calls with Onsite team
- Maintaining and publishing excel reports and metrics
- Candidate must be well versed with MS Word and MS Excel
- Candidate must be open to changing requirements from the stakeholders
- Should have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Should be able to learn faster and involve in self-learning while on the job
