Position : Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager Finance Accounts (ERP Implementation)

Reporting To: Assistant Vice President Finance Accounts

Academic Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Intermediate / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

1 3 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or as an ERP functional user within the Finance Accounts domain.

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be preferred.

Exposure to finance functions such as accounting, invoicing, vendor payments, fixed assets management, taxation and financial reporting.

Role Summary:

The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the implementation and stabilization of the Company s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from the Finance Accounts perspective. The role requires close coordination with Finance, IT, Operations, and external implementation partners to ensure successful deployment of the ERP solution while maintaining process integrity, data accuracy, and compliance.

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration support, testing, deployment, and post go-live stabilization.
- Assist in implementation and rollout of Finance Accounts modules within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ERP implementation partners to ensure timely project execution.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against defined business requirements.
- Execute financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation during parallel run and implementation phases.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial information migrated into the ERP system.
- Identify business process gaps and recommend system-driven process improvements.




- Assist users in resolving ERP-related finance issues and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, process documentation, and implementation reports wherever required.
- Support user training and change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and organizational policies during ERP implementation.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of finance processes through effective utilization of ERP capabilities.
