Role & responsibilities

Deputy Manager eVisa MIS and Reporting will be responsible for identifying eVisa growth opportunities, building client partnerships, conducting market research and business analysis, and translating insights into clear, visually compelling pitch decks and reports. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, managing weekly reporting, and supporting the sales lifecycle from initial outreach to final negotiations.

Business Reporting and Presentation

- Report Monthly and weekly stats for all eVisa missions while highlighting key updates
- Create compelling pitch decks for to present and customise system and capability features

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

- Establish and maintain contacts with various regions to ensure proper tracking of opportunities

Compliance, Brand Management, and Market Intelligence





- Ensure compliance with the companys information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.

Sustainability:

- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organizations environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in administration/marketing or Global Equivalent Degree

Experience

- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in business reporting and creation of pitch decks
