Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop training programs based on TNA & TNG analysis to improve employee performance and productivity.

- Conduct behavioral training, soft skills training, leadership training, and skill gap analysis to enhance employee capabilities.

- Manage the entire training process from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.

- Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization (minimum 17-27 years of experience).

- Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

- Robust understanding of Learning & Development principles, including Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Analysis (TNA).
