This role focuses on tracking metrics, facilitating reviews, standardizing templates, and ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks, tenant management best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Governance
- Support weekly/monthly delivery governance reviews, including tenant utilization audits and project pipeline tracking.
- Track KPIs such as effort/schedule variance, quality metrics (e.g., defects per build), customer satisfaction, and compliance scores.
- Review efforts estimation for workday Implementation projects.
- Prepare dashboards, health reports
