Process Trainer Inbound Domestic BPO (E-commerce)
Location: Dehradun
Company: ISON XPERIENCES BPO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
Requirements:
1–2 years of Process Trainer experience in a Domestic Voice BPO
Experience in New Hire Training (NHT), Process & Refresher Training
Solid knowledge of Customer Service, Quality, CSAT & Training Metrics
Excellent communication, presentation & coaching skills
E-commerce process experience preferred (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Paytm, etc.)
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC (Based on experience)
