Job Description

We are looking for an experienced skilled with strong exposure to DIP and/or EVA Injection Moulding in the footwear industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete shoe manufacturing process and be capable of managing production, quality, productivity, and shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage DIP / EVA Injection Moulding production operations.
- Ensure production, quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.
- Drive productivity, process improvement, and manpower management.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Development teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Kaizen practices.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 10 to 15 years of experience in Footwear Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in DIP Injection Moulding and/or EVA Injection Moulding.
- Knowledge of the complete shoe manufacturing process, including Textile, Cutting, Stitching, Stitching Automation, Shoe Making, and Finishing.
- Exposure to PVC, TPR, PU, and EVA technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills.
