Our client is looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial General Manager / Plant Head to lead this greenfield Advanced Precision Machining & Remanufacturing Facility. This role carries full P&L; responsibility and end-to-end accountability for building, operationalizing, qualifying, and scaling the facility.
The role requires deep familiarity with Oil & Gas upstream customer qualification cycles, API standards, and high-integrity machining and remanufacturing of critical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead P&L;, business growth & plant operations.
- Drive greenfield setup, commissioning & capacity expansion.
- Manage precision machining & remanufacturing operations.
- Ensure API Q1, ISO, HSE & quality compliance.
- Lead customer audits, EPC engagement & technical reviews.
- Build high-performance teams & drive localization initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's OR Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- 18+ years in precision machining/manufacturing.
- 10+ years in Oil & Gas upstream manufacturing/remanufacturing.
- 7+ years in senior leadership with P&L; responsibility.
- Experience with API-certified facilities & greenfield projects.
- Saudi/Gulf experience is mandate.
