Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Allocate daily tasks to site workers and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements.
- Resolve in office issues and ensure uninterrupted progress of construction activities.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining high-quality standards.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, RCC works, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
