We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Monitoring Evaluation & Learning (MEL) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is based at Adhyayan Quality Education Foundation.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans to track project progress and impact.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform program decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement learning activities to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program implementation.
- Provide technical assistance and training to junior staff members.

- Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles and practices.
