- The incumbent shall be responsible for End to End Tendering Process, Sourcing of Tenders to Bidding, Online submission of tenders, E-Tendering sourcing , Pre & Post bid meetings, Contracts, Quantity Survey, Cost Estimations, Rate Analysis, etc.
- Identifying of upcoming projects for organization, Market Analysis & Survey.
- Study of Tender documents & preparation of Bid synopsis highlighting salient commercial and technical features.
- Arrange visits and attend meetings with government authorities when required for getting sanctions & necessary clearances required for the projects.
- Liaise with clients during pre bid and post bid stages.
- Possess sound knowledge of different tender portals and hands-on experience in uploading and submitting tenders through these platforms.
- Review and interpret tender documents thoroughly.
- Prepare concise synopses and derive Pre-Qualification (PQ) criteria.
- Assist in rate analysis and detailed project costing.
- Be well-versed with legal aspects and contractual obligations related to tender documentation.

Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years in EPC company (Building Construction)

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Civil)
