/n This is a high-visibility leadership role working directly with the CFO, COO, and CEO, acting as the CFO's key finance partner in India.

/n What You'll Be Driving
/n FP&A; & Strategic Business Partnering
/n /n Own financial models, forecasting, and performance analysis
/n Drive insights on revenue, margins, pricing, and cost optimization
/n Build and track key operational metrics (utilization, efficiency, capacity)
/n Partner with business and leadership teams to influence decisions
/n Lead budgeting cycles, quarterly forecasts,



and board-level reporting
/n /n Accounting & Controllership Excellence
/n /n Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely monthly close
/n Standardize balance sheet reconciliations and reporting practices
/n Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting frameworks
/n Drive process improvements and scalability across entities
/n Mentor and elevate the quality of the finance team
/n /n Audit & Technical Accounting
/n /n Lead coordination with auditors on complex areas
/n Enhance audit readiness through solid documentation
/n Provide technical accounting guidance across entities
/n Ensure compliance with global accounting standards
/n /n CFO Office & Leadership Impact
/n /n Act as the CFO's proxy in India during US business hours
/n Translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans
/n Solve ambiguous, high-impact business problems
/n Drive cross-functional finance leadership
/n Play a key role in building and scaling the India finance function
/n /n What We're Looking For
/n /n 12–15+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting / FP&A;
/n CA / CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
/n Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
/n Deep understanding of accounting and financial close processes
/n Experience in multi-entity / global environments preferred
/n Ability to operate independently with high ownership
/n Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus)
/n Interest in leveraging automation / AI in finance
/n Strong communication skills with senior stakeholder exposure
