About the job

As a Business Development Associate at HOS Bharat Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in English Proficiency, Effective Communication, Sales, B2B Sales, Negotiation, Interpersonal skills, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
2. Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
4. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 2,50,000 /year
