Designation - Regional Trade marketing Manager (South & West)
Purpose of the Role
To drive sales growth through effective trade marketing initiatives, trade scheme design, incentive planning, channel development, and execution excellence across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement trade schemes, retailer promotions, and channel activation programs to drive primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and manage sales incentive plans for field sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
- Track scheme performance, trade investments, and ROI; recommend corrective actions where required.
- Ensure effective deployment of POSM, visibility initiatives, and in-store execution standards.
- Support product launches and regional marketing campaigns through solid trade engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams for business planning and execution.
- Manage regional trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
