We are looking for a bright, analytical, and commercially curious professional to work directly with the Group CEO.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The position combines strategy, financial and business analysis, market research, management reporting, and executive coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research, including duty-free trends, FTAs, regulatory developments, and emerging business opportunities.
- Analyse financial and business data to identify trends, risks, and key insights for decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and concise briefing notes for the Group CEO.
- Research new markets, business trends, technology, AI, and developments relevant to the organisation.
- Coordinate with senior leaders and stakeholders on behalf of the Group CEO and drive follow-ups on key priorities.
- Track strategic initiatives, special projects, and action points through to closure.

Who Were Looking For

- 25 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Business Analysis, Consulting, Corporate Planning, CEOs Office,



or Founders Office.
- MBA/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred. Candidates with an Engineering or Finance background and solid relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to convert data into clear business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High curiosity, commercial awareness, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
