Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager Compliance & Cybersecurity

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development skilled to expand our Compliance and Cybersecurity business. The role involves generating new business, building client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and working with technical teams to deliver tailored security and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with enterprise, start up, government, and partner clients.
- Promote Compliance and Cybersecurity services, including:
- ISO 27001
- SOC 2
- PCI DSS
- GDPR & HIPAA
- VAPT
- Security Audits & Assessments
- Security Awareness Training
- Managed Security Services

- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills





- 210+ years of B2B sales/business development experience (depending on role).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and consultative selling.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge

Exposure to one or more of the following:

- ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS
- GDPR, HIPAA
- NIST, CIS Controls
- ISMS, Risk Assessment
- Cloud Security, VAPT

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Cybersecurity certifications (preferred): ISO 27001 LI/LA, CISSP, CISM, or CEH.

Experience

- Business Development Executive: 25 years
- Business Development Manager: 5–10+ years

Experience in IT Services, Cybersecurity, Compliance Consulting, or SaaS is preferred .Role & responsibilities
