- Meeting targets and cold callings

- Cold calling to the customers

- Generating leads to increase sales

- Must be comfortable with sales

- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handled customer queries via calls

- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and qualified manner

-Follow up with customer to ensure issue resolution
