Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, retail, and production roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume hiring, sourcing through multiple channels, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Organize and manage walk-in recruitment drives for retail and production hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Coordinate offer rollout, pre-boarding documentation,



and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, and candidate databases with accuracy.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
- Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring will be an added advantage.
