About the Role

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O; Finance Consultant at Manager level to lead Application Management Services (AMS) for 8-10 existing client accounts. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage post-go-live support operations, act as the primary escalation point for critical finance system issues, and ensure seamless service delivery while meeting stringent SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AMS operations for 8-10 client accounts, overseeing day-to-day D365 F&O; support with focus on core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Tax)
- Serve as L3 escalation point for complex functional incidents, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with technical teams to deliver sustainable resolutions
- Manage enhancements and change requests by gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analyses, and authoring Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for system improvements
- Provide critical support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes for multiple client accounts
- Conduct regular service review meetings with client stakeholders, reporting on SLA metrics, ticket volumes, system health,



and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure team adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management
- Identify business scenarios where Power Apps extends F&O; capabilities and design end-to-end process flows involving F&O; + Power Apps + Power Automate
- Translate F&O; business requirements into low-code solutions using Power Platform, avoiding unnecessary custom development outside ERP

Must-Have Criteria

Experience & Expertise:

- 7-9 years of ERP experience with significant D365 F&O; and AX 2012 background
- Proven track record in AMS/post-go-live support environments (not just implementation); must have experience as L3 escalation point
- Deep functional expertise in core D365 F&O; Finance modules with ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and hands-on experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)

Technical & Low-Code Capabilities:

- Ability to design solutions combining F&O; + Power Apps + Power Automate
- Experience translating business requirements into low-code solutions rather than building logic outside ERP
- Knowledge of Copilot (preferred)
- Understanding of Agentic AI and its potential business applications (preferred)

Managerial & Client-Facing:

- Proven ability to independently manage global client stakeholders across 8-10 accounts
- Experience leading Service Review meetings and driving RCAs for critical escalations
- Strong mentoring and team leadership capabilities

Certifications:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) highly preferred
