Key Responsibilities:

The Principal Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:

1. Strategic Relationship:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Work closely with the sales organization to acquire recent customers.

- Own Client relationship with Key Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members.

- Establish engagement and operating model with various stakeholders utilizing MTX Delivery Methodology and Gold Standards and ensure compliance to established standards.

- Responsible for ensuring alignment between project deliverables and the client's strategic business goals.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client driving conversations with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision, and establish a program architectural roadmap.

- Client Retention and Growth:

- Meeting client expectations and achieving strategic objectives to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, facilitating growth and expansion.

2. Project Delivery:

- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and pain points.

- Facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders - Functional Manager, Technical managers, PMO, VP, CP and subject matter experts.

- Present and communicate architectural solutions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

- Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients and partners.

- Architectural Design and Strategy:

- Develop and implement technical architecture strategies that align with business goals.

- Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions based on industry standards and best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality solutions.

- Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and frameworks.

- Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with overall architectural vision.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches to solve business challenges.

- Solution Design Document & Deliverables:





- Create comprehensive technical design documents outlining the architecture, data model, technical specifications, design patterns and implementation details of solutions ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and delivers value to stakeholders.

- Ensure the architecture meets performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.

- Solution Delivery and Implementation:

- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet architectural standards and business requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new solutions with existing systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and implementation.

- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and applications.

- Quality Assurance and Technical Reviews:

- Conduct technical reviews to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the solution and implementation process.

- Ensure integrating testing into the development process and oversee issue resolution.

- Ensure execution of UAT with stakeholders to make sure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications.

- Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:

- Oversee ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.

- Ensure continuous collection of user feedback to evaluate solution impact and identify improvement areas.

3. Organization Development:

- Mentorship and Guidance:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project team, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.

- Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)

- Collaborate with top talent across various work streams to support development of best practices, create cutting-edge solutions, and set industry standards.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and thought leadership,



ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements and market trends.

- Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:

- Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects in the region per the need.

- Support VPs and PDM in talent development in the region by identifying relevant training programs for focused groups.

- Operational Excellence:

- Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.

- Required to travel for key project milestones.

- Maintain utilization goals.

What you will bring:

- 9-12 years of experience in developing technology solutions, with minimum 5 years as a Technical Architect or similar role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.

- Expert in Salesforce Security & Permissions like Data Protection, Managing access etc.

- Strong background in development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure.

- Expert in version control systems like Git, Bit bucket, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and coordination of Salesforce releases to ensure efficient, reliable, and timely delivery of high-quality applications.

- Expert in translating business requirements into technical specifications, defining integration points, and documenting customizations, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders for successful implementation.

- Expert in understanding data model, data management tasks within Salesforce, such as data import/export and data manipulation etc using Data Loader or other ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.

- Proficient in integration techniques and tools to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications (REST and SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Jitterbit or Informatica).

- Expert in systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.

- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.

- Experience providing training and support to clients and end users on implemented technical solutions, best practices, and usage of system functionalities. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
