Job Overview:

Uma Polymers Ltd. is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Executive. The ideal candidate will support the organization's accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and MIS functions while ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to financial processes. This role is well-suited for professionals who are eager to build their career in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, schedules, and period-end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support business and financial decision-making.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger reconciliations, and Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities by ensuring timely documentation and filings.




- Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing financial records and coordinating with auditors.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial controls, inventory accounting, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Sound knowledge of Financial Accounting, MIS Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
