Role and responsibilities:
Alpha Diesels, an authorised Greaves Cotton genset dealer serving 6,500+ industrial customers across Rajasthan, Haryana and NCR since 1996, is hiring field sales associates for its Bhiwadi operation. This is a field sales role selling Greaves diesel gensets (5 to 2500 kVA) to factories and industrial customers.

- Visit factories and industrial units, meeting plant heads, factory owners and purchase teams
- Generate recent leads, follow them up and close sales for Greaves DG sets
- Understand customer power requirements and propose the right genset
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the back office
- Build long term customer relationships and a referral network
- Represent Greaves Cotton and Alpha Diesels professionally in the field

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate or diploma in any stream




- 0 to 4 years of experience; prior experience not mandatory and freshers are welcome
- Any field or B2B sales exposure is an advantage
- Must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Based in or near Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Dharuhera, Alwar or nearby NCR
- Well presented, well spoken and comfortable meeting industrial customers daily
- Working knowledge of Hindi and basic English
