Role & responsibilities

Engineer / Sr. Engineer Electrical Maintenance & Automation (Powder Coating / Paint Shop)

- Program, troubleshoot, and modify Mitsubishi and Omron PLCs.
- Configure, develop, and maintain Mitsubishi GOT HMI systems.
- Commission, configure, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi MR-J4/MR-J5 Servo Drives.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Yaskawa and other industrial robots used in paint shop applications.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Powder Coating/Paint Shop equipment.
- Maintain electrical systems for:
- Powder coating booths
- Paint booths
- Conveyor systems
- Pretreatment lines
- Ovens and curing furnaces
- Burners
- Air handling units (AHU)
- Dust collectors
- Air compressors
- Pumps and blowers
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, sensors, actuators,



solenoid valves, and electrical control panels.
- Prepare and modify electrical drawings using Electrical CAD.
- Support Keyence PLC and basic Industrial IoT applications.

- Pretreatment Lines
- Drying/Curing Ovens
- Conveyor Systems

- Servo Systems
