Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Gurugram

Qualification

- CA Inter or Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com).
- 510 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Preference will be given to candidates having 3–5 years of experience in the education/school sector.

Candidate Profile

- Resident of Gurugram or nearby areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of 5–10 members.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.
- Prepare and monitor annual financial budgets and periodic budget variance reports.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and ensure effective fund management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.




- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with accounting standards.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to the management for decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Train, guide, and supervise the Accounts team to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Technical Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, MIS reporting, data analysis, etc.).
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, TDS, GST, and audit procedures.
