Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teacher to educate and inspire students in grades 68. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and report student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and observations.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
- Integrate technology and creative teaching methods into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic reports.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity,



communication, and problem-solving skills among students.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or the relevant subject area.
- Teaching certification/license as per local regulations.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of middle school curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
