Senior Manager - Downstream Planner(Production Planner)

Job Description

We are hiring a Downstream Planner for a leading multinational manufacturing organization.

This Position currently opened for only Female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute downstream replenishment plans for finished goods across warehouses and distribution centers.
- Convert demand forecasts into distribution requirements and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment cycles.
- Coordinate with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless product availability.
- Analyze inventory health and drive actions to minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolete inventory.
- Track KPIs such as OTIF, Inventory Turns, Days of Supply (DOS),



and Forecast Accuracy.
- Support S&OP;/IBP processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with SAP/ERP planning systems and Advanced Excel for planning and reporting.
