JD: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Account & Delivery to lead strategic client accounts and oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT staffing engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise clients, driving delivery excellence, leading recruitment teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities Account Management

- Manage strategic client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling staffing services.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple accounts.
- Manage delivery teams consisting of Team Leads, Recruiters, and Account Managers.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Submission-to-Interview Ratio
- Interview-to-Offer Ratio
- Offer-to-Join Ratio
- Fill Rate
- Recruiter Productivity

- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop recruitment managers and team leads.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.




- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Build a high-performance, results-driven recruitment organization.

Client Delivery Strategy
- Develop staffing strategies aligned with client hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams on new opportunities.
- Support RFPs, staffing proposals, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly.

Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate reporting using ATS/CRM systems.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare executive dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, client policies, and internal guidelines.
