Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Architect – AI Business Process Automation to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions across all departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, business process reengineering, and enterprise systems integration, with the ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).
- Identify automation opportunities by working closely with business leaders and process owners.
- Architect scalable and modular AI/ML solutions including intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, chatbots, RPA, and NLP-based workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, etc.).
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks.
- Ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with data governance policies.




- Collaborate with internal development teams, data engineers, and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects.
- Define best practices and technology standards for AI automation across the organization.
- Mentor technical teams and support capability building for AI and automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI-based business automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar.
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI/automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in AI/ML, RPA, or cloud architecture (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP Architect).
- Experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
- Exposure to data governance and responsible AI practices.
