About the role: Kaalcari Experience Center is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Agent to own the full customer journey across three core channels — walk-in sales at our experience center, direct doctor outreach visits, and specialist footwear sales on the floor. You will be the face of our brand, building relationships with both healthcare professionals and retail customers while consistently hitting sales targets.

What you'll do:

Offline & in-center sales

- Greet, qualify, and convert walk-in customers through consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections confidently.

Doctor visits & medical outreach

- Plan and execute a structured weekly schedule of clinic and hospital visits.
- Build referral partnerships with doctors, physiotherapists,podiatrists and other allied health and wellness professionals.
- Educate healthcare professionals on Kaalcari products and their clinical relevance.
- Represent Kaalcari at medical camps, health fairs and conferences when required.

Footwear (shoe) sales

- Upsell insoles, footwear and foot care accessories; manage custom order coordination.
- Marketing & reporting.
- Generate leads via referrals, events, and community outreach.




- Submit weekly visit reports and monthly pipeline summaries to management. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (diploma + solid sales experience considered). Can apply if 12th boards completed as well.
- Experience: 0–3 years in direct sales, field sales, or medical representative roles.
- Prior experience in footwear, orthotics, wellness, or healthcare products is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada/Tami/Telugu/Hindi; English proficiency required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field. Compensation & benefits

Schedule:

- 6 days per week, one weekly off as per roster.
- Mix of center floor time and independent field travel within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
