Position: Obstetrics & Gynecology Senior Registrar

Job Summary:

The Obstetrics & Gynecology Registrar is responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care under the supervision of consultants. The role includes managing OPD, IPD, labour room, emergency cases, assisting in surgeries, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage obstetric and gynecological patients.

* Assist consultants during labour, deliveries, surgeries, and clinical procedures.

* Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies and provide timely medical care.

* Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

* Coordinate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.





* Ensure compliance with infection control, NABH standards, and hospital policies.

* Participate in clinical rounds, academic activities, and continuous medical education.

Qualification: MD/MS/DNB/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology with a valid State Medical Council registration.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology in a multispecialty hospital (preferred).
