Position: Store Executive – Spare Parts
Department: Stores & Inventory
Industry: Refractory Manufacturing / Refractory Application

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts as per company procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel and update inward and outward entries.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department for replenishment.
- Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of received spare parts.
- Organize spare parts systematically for easy identification and quick retrieval.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and other store documents.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Production, and Purchase departments for timely availability of spares.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure protected storage of materials in the store.
- Follow FIFO practices wherever applicable and ensure compliance with company policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
