Role Summary

The Day Care (Crèche) Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being and overall care of children enrolled in the school's day care facility. The role involves creating a nurturing, hygienic, safe and engaging environment while supporting children's daily routines and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Assist children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest, and recreational activities.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to promote learning and development.
- Monitor children's health and behaviour and promptly report any concerns to parents and the school administration.
- Maintain attendance and other required records for the day care.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and well-being.




- Coordinate with teachers and support staff, as required.
- Perform any other duties related to school as assigned by the School Administration from time to time.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- Graduate/ Undergraduate with 2 years of experience in a Day Care, Crèche, Preschool, or similar childcare role will be preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, patient, and compassionate personality.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
