Syncro AI Solutions is hiring Sales Executives for one of our valued clients, Lansky Productions. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Generate current leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain the company's services and answer customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- 10+2, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
