We are a growing custom packaging company specializing in Mono Cartons, Rigid Boxes, and Corrugated Boxes.

Unlike a traditional manufacturer, we manage the complete order lifecycle—from customer order to planning, procurement, artwork coordination, outsourced production, quality follow-up, and final dispatch.

We are looking for a highly organized person who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, solving problems, and ensuring customer commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management

- Build solid relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations submitted to customers.
- Receive and process customer Purchase Orders.
- Provide regular order status updates.
- Coordinate artwork approvals with customers.
- Resolve routine customer queries.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups with customers in consultation with the Accounts team.
- Ensure excellent customer communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Order & Production Coordination

- Manage customer orders from confirmation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Design, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Follow up with manufacturing vendors to ensure production is completed on schedule.
- Track production progress daily.
- Identify delays and escalate issues proactively.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules to meet customer commitments.

Vendor Coordination

- Follow up with outsourced manufacturing partners.
- Ensure committed production timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate quality-related observations with vendors.
- Maintain professional relationships with production partners.

Documentation & Reporting





- Maintain ERP entries and order trackers.
- Update production status reports.
- Ensure complete documentation for every order.
- Prepare daily order status updates for management.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in any of the following roles:

- Sales Coordinator (Manufacturing)
- Customer Service Executive (Manufacturing)
- Commercial Executive
- Order Management Executive
- Production Coordinator
- Operations Coordinator
- Supply Chain Coordinator

Candidates from these industries will be preferred:
