Job Title: F&B; Manager

Location: Hotel Prayana

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B; Manager to oversee the Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations of Hotel Prayana. The candidate must have a strong background in Sales and Marketing and be capable of increasing revenue, improving guest satisfaction and leading the F&B; team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of Restaurant, Bar and Room Service
- Plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase F&B; revenue
- Achieve monthly sales targets and control costs
- Develop promotional activities, food festivals and special offers
- Maintain high standards of service and hygiene
- Monitor guest feedback and improve customer satisfaction




- Train and supervise F&B; staff
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping departments
- Prepare monthly sales and performance reports

Requirements:

- Proven experience as F&B; Manager or similar role in a hotel
- Strong sales and marketing background is mandatory
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle targets and revenue planning
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
