Job Title: Gold Loan Field Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new Gold Loan customers through field sales.
- Visit customers and promote Gold Loan products.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the branch for documentation and loan processing.
- Ensure KYC compliance and timely customer follow-ups.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of field sales experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Must be target-driven and willing to travel locally.
Pay: ₹11,112.76 - ₹31,499.57 per month
