Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Manager, Offline - North East (Gauhati) at Lenskart.com. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations within the designated zone. Responsibilities include managing store performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, developing store staff, planning promotional activities, and driving sales growth. The Zonal Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and address operational challenges. Qualifications Experience in retail operations management and store performance optimization Skills in team leadership, staff development, and talent management Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work on-site and manage multiple retail locations within the designated zone Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Retail Leader for North East We are seeking a agile individual to join our team as the Retail Leader for North East. In this role,



you will be responsible for leading the Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the Offline Channel in the region. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend sales, team management, and P&L; responsibilities to drive success in the retail sector. Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Offline Channel in the Maharashtra & Goa region Manage a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive business results Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions
